  This company started off great, but when it came time to provide extra effort they failed. On several occasions my emails were met with no response. I simply wanted an insurance quote for two potential vehicles that I was looking to purchase. Being met with no response, I went online and updated my information and added the vehicle myself and added the coverage that I thought would be sufficient. When it came time to look at my policies and coverage to make sure that I was getting the best price for the coverage, I was met with bleak, nonchalant, responses. I was told that the current insurance company that I was with was the best and the most "affordable" out there. This occurred on two occasions. I was sent only one other offer that the company had "looked" into, which of course had a higher premium than I was paying. I was disappointed that there was no way to reduce my premium.
  
  So with some research on my own I was able to find a new company with the same exact coverage for over half the price! For those who like numbers, I went from $1,272.00 per year to $470.78 per year. That is a 63% decrease in my premium. I was shocked. Even the new company did not understand why the premium was so high because I have had no accidents or traffic citations that would cause a premium increase.
  
  Lastly, when it came time for this company to cancel my policies they only canceled one of them, not both of them. So, again I had to go online and cancel the policy myself. To me that was the icing on the cake. Since my departure from this company, I have yet to be contacted by them in any regards.
  
  I strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company. You are better off looking for insurance on your own and having the companies fight for your business. Over the course of two days I had two major insurance companies fighting for my business. It took time on my part, but overall it was effortless to initiate contact with these other insurance companies and have them provide me with a quote that fit my budget.

  This company lacks customer service.
  Slow/No response to emails.
  Does not provide a complete inquiry when the customer is looking to save.
  Little to no professionalism when it comes time to terminate business with them.
